I have been practicing since 2010 and have worked in various settings including return to work rehabilitation and chronic pain clinics. I completed my education in psychology in both the U.S. and New Zealand, and I have developed expertise in managing long-term physical health conditions and mental health issues.
I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where the person in front of me is the expert of their own experience. My practice is informed by cultural understanding and a non-judgmental attitude.
I offer a range of services including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based therapies. My approach is tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
