I am a registered psychologist with a passion for supporting people through life’s challenges. Drawing on my own journey, I offer compassionate, practical guidance to help clients build more meaningful and fulfilling lives. I have worked in various settings, including disability support, crisis counselling, and retail, which helps me connect authentically with people from all walks of life.
I believe in the capacity for growth, healing, and self-compassion in every individual. My approach is humanistic and client-centered, grounded in empathy, compassion, and curiosity, and I work collaboratively with clients to tailor my approach to their unique needs.
I offer a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and concepts from Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, with a focus on nervous system wellness.
