I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in non-profit organisations and private practices before opening my own practice, Mind On Health. I provide individualized and evidence-based psychological treatment to assist my clients with their unique needs.
I believe in a trauma-informed approach, acknowledging that traumatic experiences can impact mental, behavioral, emotional, and physical well-being. My approach focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their experiences and their emotional responses.
I offer a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
