I have had a wide and varied career and enjoy helping individuals achieve their own personal and career goals. I have main interests in academic counselling and supervision, management consulting, and especially in helping identify current and potential workplace strengths of individuals and work teams. I am currently an honorary Adjunct Professorship at Bond University, where I was Visiting Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Professor of Psychology from 1996 to 2021.

I believe in helping practising psychologists and human resource specialists understand the use and value of selected health and work-related questionnaires.
