I’m Peta — a therapist, straight-shooter, and long-time student of what it really takes to grow, heal, and change. I’ve been walking the talk of personal development for nearly 40 years. I opened Bloom Psychology Practice in 2020 and have been offering therapy ever since — both in-person and online.
Values are kind of my north star—whether I’m in the therapy room or living life, they’re always steering the ship. Authenticity, honesty, and effectiveness are what matter to me.
I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, Schema Therapy, and Humanistic therapies.
