I have been practicing as a clinical psychologist and have worked with mental health issues including mood and anxiety related concerns, interpersonal and communication difficulties, emotional dysregulation, social skills difficulties, chronic pain and eating disorders, self harm, grief, loss and more.
I believe you shouldn’t have to hide seeking therapy. It’s not something exclusively reserved for moments of extreme despair or when you’re at your breaking point. I firmly believe that therapy serves as a beneficial means to address stress, engage in personal introspection, and foster growth, accessible to anyone at any point in their lives.
